Recently, their travel to Perth from Adelaide, Indian skipper Virat Kohli and his wife and Bollywood star Anushka Sharma gave away their business class seats to the two Indian fast bowlers for their best comfort. After this revelation by the commentators, who were travelling together, the fans were impressed and praised the Indian skipper.
On this Monday (December 10), India won the first Test of four-match Test series against the hosts Australia at Adelaide by 31 runs. Thanks to the Player of the Match award winner Cheteshwar Pujara’s brilliant batting in both innings and all the bowlers’ remarkable disciplined efforts, India claimed their first Test victory in Australia since the Perth Test in January 2008.
Now, both the teams are focusing for the next Test that will be played at the new Perth Stadium (Optus Stadium) from this Friday (December 14). Here are some Twitter reactions:
This is why we can't judge Virat only based on his on ground celebrations. Great human being 👌

How can people even objectify his ground celebrations. He's passionate for his country and the game and he displays that when batting and celebrating . Doesn't necessarily hurles abuses or anything. Shows alot of respect to his opponents in off Field interview. ALL HAIL KING KOHLI

Can’t argue with that. And I read a story on the weekend how he had reached out to David Warner.. for me he showed remarkable compassion that speaks volumes for the person
