Former Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper, Virat Kohli was elated after the five-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) registered a 5-wicket win over Delhi Capitals (DC) in their final group stage encounter and ensured that the Red Army get a ticket to the reach the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 playoffs. It must be noted that MI had to defeat DC for RCB to go through the playoffs.

A video has been going viral on social media in which Virat Kohli can be seen asking a camera person to move ahead as he had to wear an abdominal guard during a practice ahead of the Eliminator of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. However, the camera person didn’t listen and kept on shooting and eventually, Kohli moved away and wore his guard.

Fans and experts suggest Kohli should take a break in the South Africa series. Former Indian head coach, Ravi Shastri also opined the same. Virat Kohli has managed to score a 73 in just 54 deliveries in the last league match of the IPL 2022 for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
