On Friday, the fastest sprinter in the world Usain Bolt will be participating in his last major IAAF event. The sprinter who has as fast as a man can get has decided to hang his boots after having a distinguished career of ruling the tracks like invincible.
India skipper Virat Kohli has decided to make the most of the occasion and delivered a special message for the field legend. He expressed his best wishes to Bolt through the microblogging site Twitter.
In the video message, Kohli said, “Hey, Usain! I know it’s your last race we are going to miss you a lot on the track. From me and everyone in the Puma family, we wish you all the very best for this one and all your future endeavors. If you ever wanna play cricket you know where to find me.”
Recently, Kohli signed a 100-crore deal with the sports brand Puma and joined the family of which Usain Bolt also a part of. The Jamaican has been a self-proclaimed cricket fan, which he revealed during one of his interviews that cricket was his first love.
During his visit to India, Usain played against Yuvraj Singh in an exhibition match in 2014 and demonstrated his cricketing skills. Ahead of the World Championships, he has assured about adding another title to his already glorious record of 8 world titles along with eight Olympic golds.
