Despite the venue, Virat Kohli never fails to command the affection of cricket fans, whether he’s playing in Bengaluru or elsewhere during the IPL. As the face of Indian cricket for over a decade, the former India captain enjoys immense popularity nationwide. Even opposing team fans openly admire Kohli during IPL matches, as was evident during the recent clash between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Mumbai Indians at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium.
While fans hoped for a standout performance from Kohli, they were left disappointed when he was dismissed for just three runs. However, their support remained unwavering as they chanted, “Kohli ko bowling do” (Give bowling to Kohli).

However, this time, the 35-year-old opted not to oblige, expressing regret to the fans by gesturing apologetically.
