Former India captain and current wicket-keeper batsman, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, has once again proved as to why he his one the best wicket-keepers around the globe. Dhoni, who recently became the first wicket-keeper to affect 100 stumping dismissals in ODI cricket, added one more to his tally in T20Is.
In the lone T20I vs Sri Lanka, India won the toss and chose to field. Despite some initial boundaries, Sri Lanka lost its openers in the powerplay. Dilshan Munaweera, who was in a mood to attack from the word go, was due for a big one.
All he needed was support form the other end, which Angelo Mathews failed to provide. The former Sri Lanka captain was stumped off a Yuzvendra Chahal delivery in the seventh over. Mathews had almost made it back to the crease, but, lost the plot against lightning-quick Dhoni.
