India has just beaten Bangladesh by 9 wickets in the second semi-final of the ICC Champions Trophy at Birmingham. After being asked to bat Bangladesh got off a good start but stuttered towards the end and could only post a modest total of 264. Rohit Sharma struck a beautiful century along with Virat Kohli who scored 96 and took the team home comfortably in under 40 overs. However, one of the major highlights of the day was seeing Dhoni dance at the wicket of Bangladeshi opener Tamim Iqbal.
The Incident happened in the final ball of the 27th over by Kedar Jadhav. Jadhav bowled round arms straight but the accurate ball at Tamim. The length wasn’t full or short and Tamim tried to hit through midwicket. Tamim missed the slog sweep and the ball hit the stumps. What followed next surprised us all. Dhoni went into a dancing celebration moving his hand clearly delighted by what has happened.
