Currently, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are locking horns with each other at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. After winning the toss, the CSK skipper, MS Dhoni decided that they will be bowl first citing chances on dew later in the innings. RCB had a rough start batting first as they lost their skipper, Virat Kohli in the third over itself.
During the toss, the RCB skipper revealed that they have made a couple of changes to their squad as AB de Villiers and Umesh Yadav came back in the squad in place of Henrich Klaasen and Mohammad Siraj. On the other hand, CSK also made a couple of changes as Dhoni and DJ Bravo came back in the squad in place of Sam Billings and Karn Sharma.
Kohli was dismissed Deepak Chahar in the third over after getting smashed for a boundary on the previous delivery. After his dismissal, AB de Villiers and Parthiv Patel started building a partnership and they added 47 runs for the second wicket before the former getting out in the 7th over owing to the brilliant catch by Faf du Plessis.

Ravindra Jadeja was bowling the ver and on the penultimate ball of the over, De Villiers came down the track and the bowler shortened his length a bit and possibly gave it a rip as well. The ball spun enough and ABD, who only managed to get the toe-end of his ball trying to get over the line, but Faf caught it at the edge of the long-off boundary as he stayed still at the boundary and catches it over his head.
