However, Kohli’s dismissal didn’t hurt the Indian team as opener Mayank Agarwal along with Ajinkya Rahane hold the fort as the duo stitched as many as 190 runs for the 4th wicket. Both the batsmen are still present at the crease, guiding the hosts towards a gigantic lead over Bangladesh.

Agarwal, who is enjoying a spectacular home season, went past the 150-run-mark in style as he smashed Taijul Islam for a boundary on the onside. After completing the milestone, the Indian opener raised his bat in elegance but Kohli was not done yet as he wanted Agarwal to score a double century and asked him bat steady. Here is the video of the same:

While Agarwal was celebrating, Kohli signaled from the dressing room insisting the opener to continue batting and convert the innings into a double ton. The message was welcomed by Agarwal as he responded back with a thumbs-up gesture. However, Agarwal also obliged to the orders of his skipper as he went on to score his second double century in Test cricket in the 99th over of Mehidy Hasan by smashing a six over mid-wicket in the final session of day 2.

Currently, Team India is at the score of 365/4 in 99 overs with Agarwala is batting with Ravindra Jadeja in the middles. The hosts are having a lead of 215runs as the Bangladesh team was bundled out for a meager score of 150 on Day 1.
