Despite tha fact that former Indian skipper MS Dhoni couldn’t manage to do much with the bat in the third ODI of the six-match series against South Africa but he never fails with his actions from behind the stumps.
Dhoni has always been known for his brilliant glove work from behind the stumps. In the third ODI at the Newlands, Cape Town, Team India gave a huge target of 304 runs to the hosts with the help of Indian skipper Virat Kohli’s phenomenal innings of 160* runs. It was his 34th ODI century and second of the series.
In the second innings, while chasing the target, South Africa lost their dependable opener Hasim Amla early in the innings. However, Mahi’s glovework came to display 17th over which was bowled by Kuldeep Yadav when the Proteas skipper couldn’t able to read the googly of Yadav as he came down the track and MS didn’t shy away to dislodge the bails.
