Currently, the Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are locking horns with each other to lift the trophy in the final of the 12th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in Hyderabad. After winning the toss, the MI skipper, Rohit Sharma decided to bat first in a tense game and they had a decent start to the innings.

During the toss, the CSK skipper, MS Dhoni revealed that they have made no changes to their squad. On the other hand, MMI also had made just one change as Mitchell McClenaghan came in the squad to replace Jayant Yadav.

The MI openers, Quinton de Kock and Rohit had a slow start as they scored just 10 runs in the first couple of over, but then De Kock decided to go all-out against Deepak Chahar in the third over by smashing as many as three sixes in the over. He smashed sixes on first, third, and the fifth ball of the over. The first one came over the square-leg boundary as Chahar delivered a floated length ball.

De Kock smashed the second six came over the square third man as he went to go over extra-cover, but the ball took the outside edge and it sailed over Harbhajan Singh. He smashed the last one over the mid-wicket boundary as Chahar delivered a length ball and De Kock was in no mood of missing that juicy delivery. In that over, Mumbai went on to score as many as 20 runs.
