India’s experienced leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal turned 32 on the 23rd of July, Saturday. However, he is known for his stunning on-field performances and off-field banters. And, wishes poured in for him as he celebrated his birthday as well. However, he has seen a tremendous rise since getting dropped for the T20 World Cup in UAE in 2021.
However, after having a great season, he is currently touring West Indies where India are playing a white-ball series. Playing the first ODI of the game, Yuzvendra Chahal picked up two wickets for 58 runs from his 10-over-spell, in a thriller that India won by mere three runs. Meanwhile, wishes poured in for the Rajasthan Royals star who has a strong fan base on all platforms.

However, Yuzvendra Chahal will be key for India in the T20 World Cup, given that the Australian conditions will help him get a reasonable amount of drift as well. Chahal was dropped for the last T20 World Cup after a lean patch of form in international cricket. As he fell down the pecking order, Chahal worked on his loopholes and bounced back strongly in the second half of the 2021 IPL as well. He seems to be his absolute best for the World Cup spot at the moment with the likes of Axar Patel, and Ravindra Jadeja in the team as well.
