WWE is one of the most followed sports entertainment platform across the globe. One of its biggest events, WWE Royal Rumble, is all set to take place at the Chase Field on Sunday. In this event, the superstar wrestlers game lock horns in order to defend their title. Royal Rumble has been taking place for so many years now but this year could be different as WWE is showing interest in Cricket.

In the latest Twitter conversation with the fans, WWE has asked them if they would love to see the former Indian skipper, MS Dhoni in the Royal Rumble as he is the heartthrob of many. It all started when the veteran started his 2019 with three consecutive half-centuries against Australia and most importantly finished matches for his team which help them to win the series. Dhoni played match-winning knocks in the second and third ODI against Australia and helped India win the series from behind.

As the master was back at his best, the official Twitter handle of Cricket World Cup lauded him with a caption which read, “Eat. Sleep. Finish games. Repeat. Life as @msdhoni.”

Interestingly, Brock Lesnar’s advocate showed interest in Cricket and cheekily accused ICC’s caption to have been copied as he also called MS Dhoni ‘amazing’. His tweet read: “My most (in)sincere compliments to @cricketworldcup for promoting the amazing @msdhoni by paraphrasing my mantra for @WWE #UniversalChampion @BrockLesnar #EatSleepConquerRepeat. Our royalties may be paid in cash, check, stock or cryptocurrency”.

Quoting the same tweet, WWE’s official Twitter handle took an opportunity to engage with the Indian fans. They used MS Dhoni’s name for the same and asked the fans about the best finisher to entering the ring. This must’ve surely excited the fans but it is clearly impossible practically as MS Dhoni is currently in New Zealand playing the ODI series.
