The young left-hander played a couple of stylish boundaries and attempted to take the attack to the Punjab Kings inside the powerplay. However, Harpreet Brar responded brilliantly with a clever piece of bowling, providing PBKS with an important wicket. Bowling over the wicket, Brar fired in a quicker delivery and smartly altered his angle.

The dismissal immediately sparked wild celebrations from Brar, who roared in delight and punched the air after removing the dangerous youngster. His teammates quickly surrounded him as PBKS grabbed momentum in the crucial encounter.
