Kerala High Court had recently lifted the life ban of the talented Indian pacer S Sreesanth and he finally got the sense of relief since 2013. He was banned for the lifetime for spot fixing in IPL 2013 and spent some time in the Tihar Jail for the same offense with two more cricketers Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan.

However, Sreesanth was found innocent in his plea by Madras High Court in 2015 and after four years, he stepped onto a real cricket ground. He played an exhibition match in which he led the Playback Singers XI who took on a team of the Producers XI. He opened the batting and had some fun after a very long time.

As per the reports of TOI, talking about the game, the pacer said, “I am really happy that I am back and I am beginning my return from the same ground where it all began. Now from here, I want to reach Thiruvananthapuram and from there upwards and back to the Indian team.”

However, BCCI recently announced that they will appeal against the Kerala Court verdict.
