The most anticipated tournament of the year for every cricket fans is just 8 days far away with the first massive clash to take between the Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore on 23rd March at M.A Chidambaram Stadium. And Star Sports India have added some more excitement to the fans through their IPL promotion videos where both RCB and CSK fans are racing to cheer their team.

The video shows both the teams are ready for the battle wherein the end both the captains MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli are watching their fans battles and Virat Kohli asks to Dhoni “kya lag raha hain” which means “what do you think” and MSD with his pleasant cool attitude replies ” Dhoni Kohli toh sirf name hain” (Dhoni and Kohli is just a name) and Kohli agrees to it and says Chalo Phir game dikhaate hain” (lets show the game) and the captain cool reminds him the date saying 23rd March, and leaves while saying “Don’t be late” while keeping the glass of the tea on CSK plate” to which Kohli smiles and says sure putting the RCb plate above the glass.

The match between CSK and RCB is one of the biggest rivalries in IPL history because of the popularity of the two big players who are leading their respective sides none other than MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli. CSK who came back from their suspension of two months last season and won the title like injured Lions.

RCB the team always set to have quality players in their squad, but have not propelled into the qualifying stage from last two seasons and are one of the three teams in the current league who are yet to win an IPL title.

The Super Kings have quietly dominated the Bold Army in the past 11 seasons as both have faced each other 23 times and Chennai have won the majority matches i.e 15 matches and Bangalore have won only 7 matches. It was in 2014 when RCB won the last time against CSK by 6 wickets at MA Chidambaram Stadium. It would be an explosive clash to watch for.
