Skipper couldn’t stand on the expectations

RCB’s skipper Virat Kohli was expected to put a show on the big night but he failed to score runs for his team. After playing five dot balls in Deepak Chahar’s over the pressure built on him, which resulted in his wicket. Harbhajan Singh forced Kohli (6) to hit a false shot and fell right in the trap.

AB de Villiers (RCB)

Every eye was glued on AB de Villiers after early wickets of Kohli and Moeen Ali. But the big man couldn’t take RCB out of trouble this time. De Villiers was caught of Bhajji’s bowling after being dropped just one ball earlier.

Shimron Hetmyer failed in his debut match

The young man was making his Indian Premier League debut during this match and was thrown right into a hot pot. The hard-hitting batsman came to bat when RCB was reeling at 38/3 and was expected to announce his arrival in IPL. Hara-Kiri in search of a quick single ended his innings for a two-ball duck.
