The Ipl 2019 is just a week away from here and then we have big games coming up with the opening game of Chennai Super Kings against their arch-rivals Royal Challengers Bangalore will be a massive game for fans to look out the IPL from its first day will see the fight for Purple Cap and it goes till the final match day.

Last year Andrew Tye was the Purple Cap holder as he picked 24 wickets at an average of 18.67 where thrice he took 4 wickets in a match. Out of 11 seasons 6 times a foreign player has managed to wear the Purple Cap on his head and 5 times Indian players have got the chance out of which only Bhuvneshwar Kumar has defended his Purple Cap in 2016 and 2017 taking  23 and 26 wickets in respective seasons.
