Pakistan registered a dominating 10-wicket win over India in the much-awaited fourth match of the super-12 stage of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2021 in Dubai. After winning, the toss, the Pakistan skipper, Babar Azam asked the arch-rivals to bat first and his bowlers, especially, Shaheen Afridi didn’t disappoint as India was two down in the first three overs itself. It was a brilliant bowling display from Afridi as he send back Rohit Sharma for a golden duck.
Team India was reeling after the powerplay at 36/3 with Hasan Ali dismissing Suryakumar Yadav in the sixth over. However, then Rishabh Pant came out in the middle to get the team on track along with the skipper, Virat Kohli as they started building a partnership.
After the damage control from Pant and Kohli, India was going on a decent way at 66/3 after the 11-over mark, Rishabh Pant decided to go bonkers and smashed two back-to-back sixes off Hasan Ali.ย However, Pant gt out in teh very next over of Shadab Khan trying to go for another six. Ravindra Jadeja came out to bat but he failed to do much as he scored 13 off 13 balls, but Virat Kohli scored 10th fifty in T20 World Cups (most by any batter), he was eventually dismissed by Afridi on 57 off 49 balls.

In the penultimate over of the innings, India churned out 17 runs owing to an overthrow from Afridi on the free-hit. However, Hardik Pandya also failed to do much in the final over and got out eventually. The men in blue only managed to reach a total of 151/7 in their quota of 20 overs.
During the chase, nothing went in the favor of the men in blue as the Indian bowlers failed to take a wicket in the powerplay as Pakistan openers, Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan 43 runs. They batter brilliantly in the middle overs and kept on milking runs and kept on scoring odd boundaries and eventually they managed to take the men in green over the line without losing a wicket and 13 balls to spare. While Rizwan scored 79 off 5 balls, the Pakistan skipper scored 68 off 52 balls.
