India had a mountain to climb against England on day 4 at Leeds and things seemed good for the visitors before the start of play. However, India witnessed an unexpected start of the day as they kept on losing wickets at regular intervals the batsmen succumbed against the disciplined English bowling. After a long time, Virat Kohli and Cheteshwar Pujara were looking in good touch as they ended day three with an unbeaten 99-run partnership.
However, Virat Kohli failed to convert his start into a big knock and went off after scoring 55 runs. England was looking for a breakthrough with the new ball and the same happened with them as Olli Robinson got the wicket of Kohli. Virat Kohli who looked fine with his approach this time was leaving the deliveries outside off stump with a decent amount of judgment. However, a length ball with a little bounce took his edge and landed safely into the hands of 1st slip fielder.

As Joe Root collected the ball safely, India knew they were in for big trouble. Kohli, who has been struggling with his form for a long time now, gave Indians a sigh of relief when he crossed the 50-run mark but it was not long that he lasted on the crease. India massive target ahead of them and they are still trailing by 115 runs (at the time of writing).
