Currently, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are locking horns with Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai. After winning the toss, the RCB skipper, Virat Kohli decided to bowl first after winning toss, though he was surprised to have won the toss. However, Kohli was seen fuming after a miscommunication by the fast bowler, Mohammed Siraj.
RR had a bad start to their innings as RCB bowlers were too hot to handle for them as they took early wickets. RR finished the powerplay with the tally of 32/3 losing, Jos Buttler, Manan Vohra, and David Miller in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th over respectively. Sanju Samson too followed them into the pavilion by chipping a straight ball to the fielder in the over of Washington Sundar after smashing a six off the first ball of the 8th over.

Things looked worse for Rajasthan Royals when Shivam Dube took the charge and scored a stroke-filled 46 runs. Riyan Parag and Rahul Tewatia also chipped in with crucial cameos. Tewatia’s destructive 40 runs took RR’s total to 177/9 in 20 overs. Siraj and Harshal Patel shone with the ball with three wickets each. However, Patel conceded as many as 47 runs in this game while Siraj conceded just 27 runs in his four overs.

However, it was the incident in the 12th over which grabbed a lot of eyeballs as Mohammed Siraj inspiration from his fellow Indian pacer Siddarth Kaul from yesterday’s game and made a blunder in the 12th over when he couldn’t pick up a ball and conceded a four leaving Kohli and Harshal Patel fuming.
