The recently concluded four-match Test series between the hosts Australia and the visitors India was quite exciting on the field. At the end of the series, the visiting side India won it by the 2-1 margin and it was the historic for them as India becomes the first Asian side to win a Test series in Australia.

While we saw some great performances in this series, some players also disappointed hugely after failing to perform on their potential. Here are the worst five players in this series:

Peter Handscomb (Australia)

Australian middle-order batsman Peter Handscomb hugely disappointed with his batting performances in this series. The 27-year-old right-handed batsman played the first two Tests of the series before getting dropped from the third Test but the team management put the faith on him for the final Test of the series.

Handscomb has been hugely criticised for his poor batting performances in this series as he scored 105 runs in five innings with the average of 21.00. In this series, he played the unimpressive knocks of 34, 14, 7, 13 and 37 runs.
