The Hyderabad franchise is a solid team on paper but they looked off-color in their first game this edition. Sunrisers lost their first game against KKR by ten runs as their star opener and skipper David Warner got out cheaply in that game. Sunrisers though would be highly pleased by the form of their star spinner Rashid Khan who once again performed well for the team.

Talking about the batting SRH this time looks like a very balanced team with players like Bairstow and Manish Pandey being in good nick. With the good form of both these players, the middle order looks solid for Hyderabad. Though they would be pondering over the form of Warner, it is well known that when the Australian batsman comes back in top form he can tear apart any bowling attack.

Meanwhile, RCB is looking like a very solid side and many cricket experts have predicted they are the team to beat this IPL. With a good blend of youth and experience in the lineup, the Bangalore franchise looks completely sorted to keep its winning mood afloat. They have a very strong batting unit this year as the addition of Glenn Maxwell has made the side look more dangerous than ever.

The bowling department also is looking good for RCB this time as the team’s bowlers bowled phenomenally in the death in their opening encounter against MI. Harshal Patel was the star that time as he took a fiver which completely rattled the MI batsman.

Both teams are looking very promising and the game is expected to be a treat watch for the league fans.

Here are the 3 players to watch out for from the game:

#3. Manish Pandey

Manish Pandey looked in solid touch with the bat in the last game for SRH as he scored a fighting fifty which actually went in vain but won him an appreciation for his innings. Though he was criticized for his low strike rate in the game but the SRH team would be pleased that he is among the runs at the starting of the tournament itself.

When in form, Manish is a treat to watch and he could help get the Sunrisers team good rewards with his form. He is also eyeing an Indian comeback and a good IPL with the bat can help him get this target achieved.

#2. Glenn Maxwell

Glenn Maxwell has been one of the most destructive batsmen in T-20 cricket. He has always garnered praise for his explosive batting from all over the cricket world. Maxwell was picked by RCB this year for a whopping amount of Rs. 14.25 crores. Though he had a dismal IPL last year he is still a force to reckon with as can be seen in his performance in the first game for RCB this year.

RCB is banking heavily on Maxwell to deliver some match-winning performances so that the franchise can lift the coveted title for the first time. Glenn’s all-round skills will help RCB keep up the winning momentum going in coming games.

#1. David Warner
