Royal Challengers Bangalore is a team, which never looked weak on the batting front. It is the bowling department which always sank the ship of RCB before reaching to the coast. Virat Kohli captains a team which looked balanced on papers, but leading them on the field is a different task. Kohli never leaves a stone unturned in order to see his IPL franchise lift their maiden IPL title, but the uneven-balanced RCB team didn’t allow him to touch the silverware.

In IPL 2016, Kohli single-handedly pulled RCB into the finals but no other player stood up in the hour of need. Even last year he tried hard to take RCB forward into the tournament and amassed 530 runs in 14 matches, but lack of support from others ended RCB journey at the sixth place on the points table. If RCB wants to turn their fortune in 2019, then Captain Kohli has to repeat his heroics of IPL 2016.
